How to Apply for a Registration Certificate for a New Vehicle in Haryana?
Registration of the vehicle involves several steps and can be done both online and offline.
- Go to the Parivahan Sewa website
- Complete and submit 'Form 20' for the new registration of the vehicle
- Attach the required documents. Add 'Form 34' if the vehicle is under hire purchase, lease or hypothecation
- Pay the applicable fee. If the original RC is lost or stolen, file an FIR at the nearest police station first, along with one-time road tax, MCD parking fee and other charges
- Send the vehicle to the zonal office for inspection
- Please submit the relevant fitness certificate and other documents for a commercial vehicle
- After document verification, payment of the fee and tax, and vehicle inspection, the Registration Certificate will be issued
What Documents are Required to Apply for an RC for a New Vehicle in Haryana

- Form 20 application for registration with chassis pencil print
- Form 21 sale certificate issued by the dealer
